【广东现代舞周】以岭南文化为底蕴，是自由、创新、实验、先锋的城市舞台，引领群众社区生活律动。同时联结世界各大艺术节，凝聚各地知名演出机构、艺术节策展人及走在时代尖端的创作人才，是艺术观摩、作品交易、创作交流的绝好沟通平台。

广东现代舞周由广东现代舞周办公室负责组织策划及执行。广东现代舞周办公室是一个精简开放的工作团队，由富有活力、思维开阔的年青成员组成。每年策划本土及国际性活动，旨在促进国际艺术文化交流，推动中国的现代舞发展以及在国际舞台的影响力。

现欲寻找有志于项目策划及发展人士加入我们的团队。

招聘岗位：项目统筹

岗位描述：
协助项目经理筹备、推进及落实执行项目。具体工作包括但不限于：
1、        撰写、翻译宣传文稿
2、        各项活动的筹备（包括联络供应商、议价等），场地布置及活动执行。
3、        嘉宾接待、交通安排
配合完成【广东现代舞周】其他临时性工作

岗位要求：
1、开朗，诚实可靠，有责任心，刻苦耐劳、具有良好的服务意识，较强的团队协作能力
2、熟悉Microsoft办公软件
3、具备良好的英语口语水平（具有较好翻译能力者优先）
4、熟悉网络、社交媒体推广

招聘对象：
1、大专/本科或以上学历，英语能力强
2、具工作经验优先

工作时间：
2015年8月至12月（有机会转为合约员工）

工作地点：
广东现代舞周办公室（广州沙河顶水荫四横路34号文化大院文兴楼1楼1号）

Project Coordinator for International Arts Festival

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator for an international contemporary dance festival. If you are fluent in written and spoken English, well-organized, creative, friendly, and flexible and interested in developing your career in arts and culture field, please send us your resume. The work environment will be fun, dynamic, and challenging. The main scope of work to start with will include assisting the project manager in realizing an international networking program and its related activities. You may be asked to assist other areas of the festival.  

The main tasks are:

Production:
-Event preparation and production
(i.e. Booth Exhibition, Symposiums, Meal Receptions, Cafe, etc.)

Translation/Guest Experience:
-Welcoming and assisting international guests
-Written Translation
-Verbal Translation
-Assistance in arranging transportation and coordination

Marketing:
-Social Media marketing
-Email marketing

Background:
The Guangdong Dance Festival is an annual event held in Guangzhou. The activities of the Festival include modern dance performances by forefront international artists and dance companies, an international dance exchange and network building platform, an international dance forum, and master classes and workshops by prominent artists and art administrators.

Period of Job:
now - December , 2015 (with the option of full time contract after the period)

To Apply:
-College/bachelor/master holders with excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken forms
-1-2 Years Experience in Production and/or Arts Administration
-Not required, but preferred: Skills in social media/email marketing

You are expected be organized, punctual, communicative, flexible, and open-minded.  
You are expected to be good at multi-tasking and cooperative. You are expected to have fun!
